Indeed, each new team member can begin training and actively participate immediately.

If working out of town, who pays for my lodging and meals?

The Company will cover lodging expenses for out-of-town assignments, and a daily per diem will be provided.

If working out of town, how long am I away from home?

The duration of out-of-town assignments varies by project and location, with most situations allowing for a 2-3 day “home” period approximately every 2-3 weeks.

Do I need to provide my own safety gear and tools?

No, the Company covers all costs associated with necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety training, and tools required for the assigned tasks.
